Q: I have a tracking number but I don't know where to use it.
A: Packages for Canada and the US can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca. International shipments do not have tracking numbers.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please contact our support centre at email@example.com with any questions regarding an order you wish to add/subtract items to, and we will be glad to find the easiest solution.
Q: I can't log in on the store, but I can log in on the other sections of your site just fine, what's going on?
A: The forums, content site, and store all have separate registrations, so if you have not specifically signed up for our store, you will need to do so before making a purchase. If you did create your account for the store, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
